House Paint Color Scheme Information The color schemes for homes in our neighborhood are from Vista Paint. All homes must conform to the pre chosen schemes as per governing CCRs. We are currently not allowing any alterations or customizations. ARC Form must be submitted and approved before painting. Please refer to Section C of the standard ARC Form. |
